Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Leading Researcher at the Department of Modern History of the Institute of History of the National Academy of Sciences RA. Scientific interests: problems of social and political thought of the new and modern periods of the history of Armenia, the First Republic of Armenia, the Moscow and Kars Treaties of 1921, Armenian historiography, Soviet political repressions, problems of the periodical press of the First Republic of Armenia. Author of 20 monographs and more than 160 scientific articles.
