PhD in Historical Sciences He was born on September 10, 1986, in the village of Proshyan, Kotayk region (marz) of RA. The topic of his thesis –''History of printing in the city of Shushi (1828-1920)'' (Scientific Supervisor- Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor, Corresponding Member of NAS RA, Albert Kharatyan). 2017-2023 – Postgraduate studies at the Institute of History of NAS RA (applicant). 2012-2014 – Scientific and Educational Center of NAS RA (he got Master's degree in International Relations). 2004-2008 – Yerevan State University, Faculty of Oriental Studies (he got a bachelor's degree in the specialty of Genocide-Historian). 1993-2003 – Secondary school in the village of Proshyan, Kotayk region (marz), RA. Professional Experience 2023 – Executive Secretary of the ''Historical and Philological Journal'', since 2025 - Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the journal. 2023-to present – Researcher at the Department of the History of Armenian Periodical Press and Public Thought, Institute of History of NAS RA. 2022-2023 – Junior Researcher at the Department of the History of Armenian Periodical Press and Public Thought, Institute of History of NAS RA. 2021 – Senior Laboratory Assistant at the Department of the History of Armenian Periodical Press and Public Thought, Institute of History of NAS RA. 2011-2021 – Leading Specialist at the Department of Bibliography and Scientific Research (now Department of Bibliography and Library Science), National Library of Armenia. 2024 – He was awarded the qualification of expert in the fields of ''Printed and Handwritten Heritage'' by the order of the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of RA.
