Paruyr Sevak (1924–1971) lived and created during the Soviet years, developed his own theory of art, and took a worthy place in Armenian literature. His name was also heard in the All-Union poetry of that time, the paths of which were determined by Andrei Voznesensky, Robert Rozhdestvensky, Yevgeny Yevtushenko, Joseph Brodsky, Vladimir Vysotsky, Eduardas Mieželaitis, Ivan Drach, and others. After the Armenian-Azerbaijani 44-day war (September 27-November 9), in order to gradually strengthen its positions, and countering Azerbaijan’s and Turkey’s policy aimed at weakening the Republic of Armenia and the Islamic Republic of Iran, we propose on the agenda of the current Armenian-Azerbaijani negotiations an issue that has never been discussed before, and which will significantly strengthen the position of the Armenian and Iranian sides, as well as will diminish the capacities of implementing of the Turkish-Azerbaijani tandem’s pan-Turkic program.
